Information processed

Project inquiries may include name, company or organization, email address, project type, project description and technical requirements, approximate budget, preferred language, timeline, consent or acknowledgement record, and technical request data required for security and delivery.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, production credentials, payment-card data, government identification numbers, or highly sensitive personal information.

Purposes

The information is used to review and respond to the inquiry, assess engagement fit, arrange follow-up communication, protect the form and website against spam and abuse, diagnose delivery failures and security incidents, and meet applicable legal obligations.

The company does not use inquiry information for advertising profiles and does not sell it to third parties.

Basis for processing

The inquiry form asks for consent or acknowledgement before submission.

Retention and deletion

If no engagement begins, inquiry emails and related correspondence are intended to be retained for up to 12 months after the last communication and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If an engagement begins, necessary records move into contract, accounting, and legal record-retention processes. Security logs are retained for the shortest practical period consistent with abuse prevention, incident response, and service operation.

Service providers and overseas processing

The inquiry flow uses Cloudflare for hosting, edge delivery, the contact Worker, security, and email sending, and Google Workspace or Gmail for email storage and correspondence.

Provider contract entities, processing countries or regions, transfer methods, and retention settings follow the configured service-provider arrangements.

Security

The company applies proportionate safeguards including encrypted transmission, access control, server-side validation, anti-abuse controls, restricted administrative access, and minimized routine logs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about handling of your personal information. Send requests to info@bitgongjakso.co.kr. Identity verification may be required.

Children

The website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 14. Do not submit a child’s personal information.

Local storage and cookies

Version 1 does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site may store a language preference and language-suggestion dismissal in local storage. These values are not used for cross-site tracking and are not sent with the inquiry.
